Medfield Youth Hockey is fortunate to be supported by an incredible community of families, local businesses, and friends of the program. Sponsorships and donations are essential to helping us keep registration costs manageable while continuing to provide a positive, high-quality hockey experience for all of our players.

Your support helps fund player development programs, equipment needs, ice time, community events, and other initiatives that enhance the experience for every athlete in our organization.
