We are excited to officially open registration for the 2026–2027 Medfield Youth Hockey season! Planning is already underway for another great year of development, teamwork, and fun on the ice. We are proud to offer programs for players of all skill levels and look forward to welcoming both returning families and new players to our community.
Registrations are due by Wednesday, April 1st.
A non-refundable $125 fee will be collected at registration, this must be paid in full before team placement and will be applied to the full year tuition.
