The 2026 U.S. Under-18 Women’s National Team will take the ice at the IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship from January 10–18, 2026, in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. 🇺🇸🏒

The U.S. will compete in Group B alongside Czechia, Slovakia, and Finland, while Canada, Hungary, Sweden, and Switzerland will make up Group A.

Team USA’s first three games are set for:

• Saturday, January 10 at 9:00 AM ET vs. Slovakia

• Sunday, January 11 at 5:00 PM ET vs. Czechia

• Tuesday, January 13 at 12:30 PM ET vs. Finland

The remaining games will be played on January 15, 17, and 18, with times to be determined.

All games will air on NHL Network and can also be streamed on IIHF.tv.

Learn to Skate/Learn to Play Hockey

Registration is now open for our LTS/LTP program! 🏒

LTS is the perfect first step for children who are brand new to the ice. Skaters will build confidence and comfort while learning the fundamentals of balance, forward and backward skating, stopping, and turning, in a fun and supportive environment. No prior experience is needed!

Once skaters are comfortable on the ice, they’re ready for our Learn to Play Hockey program. This program introduces the basic skills of hockey: stick-handling, passing, shooting, and teamwork through fun drills and games designed to keep kids engaged. Players will also begin to understand positioning and game play, all while continuing to improve their skating.

Our winter session starts January 17th and is a 10 week program at Norfolk Ice Arena.
